[Resolved] Celkon — WORST Service from CELKON mobile service | |||
Hi Celkon Team Today morning i went to celkon service center KR puram which is named as Dhanalakshmi service center, this is very bad to discuss about the incident which is happen with me, his behavior is totally care less, i have celkon A900 mobile, last 8 months on words i am facing battery problem and i requested directly calling to celkon customer care, they open a compliant on September 2014 there is no update till now, and they told me that go to the nearest celkon customer care create request as well from service center side also, So i went to the Dhanalakshmi Service center today morning this what happen 1) His behavior is totally care less. 2) He told me to keep the mobile with him 5 to 15 days for changing the Celkon A900 mic. 3) He don't give any bill or guaranty for the changed part mic, after discussion he is saying will give the bill from dhanalakshmi service center, which is not guaranty nor use full. 4) I asked for the rise request for Celkon A900 battery, he said i will not raise the request which is out of warranty mobiles, if i requested also CELKON team will not send the battery they have very poor service, or else directly call to the CELKON customer care 5) I asked the CELKON customer care number to discuss about the request and he replayed he don't have the CELKON customer care number, , which is he working for CELKON mobiles customer care any of the celkon service centers are not only for CELKON service centers, the are supporting multiple mobile vendors service in same shop Was this information helpful? | |||
