[Resolved] Central Bank Of India — Amazon refund not received | |
My name is anshuman dwivedi and i had ordered psn gift card of rs.1000 in amazon on 30/04/2020 and same day order was cancelled due to any security reason and on 02/05/2020 refund initiated. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number #74332740123012141794018 and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy.
