Central Bank Of India — amount debited but transaction failed

I have done online payment through my debit card([protected]) on ECOM at ANI TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTGURGAON HRIN at 1:33 am on Monday 17th june, 2019 2 times and my account got debited but the transaction failed.The amount debited is rs. 113 each time and both the transactions were failed. Please help to resolve it and initiate my complaint accordingly.

Sir, my order number[protected] return successfully but my refund rs.179 not created in my account. Amazon customer says contact to bank with reference number.
