Central Bank Of India — atm - amount not dispensed by atm machine - amount debited - request reversal

On 1st april while trying to draw money from andhra bank atm (Chinnathirupathi, salem 8, tamilnadu) rs.5000/- debited in my account but amount not dispensed from atm machine. While contacting central bank of india, they said amount will be credited within 48 hours. But till date (13.04.2019) the said amount rs.350 not reversed in my account. Mail also forwarded to rbi, but rbi advised to contact in person at the concern bank to create complaint in central bank of india.

Mail forwarded to central bank of india towards atm related issues to the concern no response/feedback till date.
