Central Bank Of India — ATM Transaction which not happened but amount deducted | |||
Dear Date: 14/11/2016 Sir/Madam Subject: Regarding ATM Transaction I am banking with your bank since long time on 02/10/2016, I tried to withdraw 10k FROM indicash ATM at kachchi pakki Ramdayaluroad Muzaffarpur, Bihar but money didn’t come out from ATM nevertheless I had transaction succeed message. How it was happened it might ATM error or any other technical fault. It’s totally bank responsibility you may check CCTV footage. Then I contacted customer care on 03/10/16. They told me that transaction was successful. If I not get money then how it’s possible even I given written complaint to my branch, they told me unless I have not get positive response from cust.care, it’s not possible to refund your money. It’s your responsibility to save my money. I can’t lose my hard earned money by this. Why don’t you check CCTV? Why don’t you probe how it was happened? It’s completely negligence for your services. It’s your responsibility to get my money back with interest. Its about to 2 months but I couldn’t get any satisfactory result Every one try to get rid off their responsibility. I am looking forward positive response from side. Please go through with attachment too.
