But not activated this card because only one atm central bank counter 3 months closed. Bank not proper answer. Kindly enquiry and open this atm counter enquiry and proper action pleased.

    I tried to draw an amount of 200 rupees from andra bank atm h1389101 located at ibrahimpatnam ranga reddy tsin but i didn't got the amount it said transaction was cancelled then i went home but later like an hour after i got message that 200 rupees was taken from that atm i don't know how!!
    Please fix the problem as soon as possible and give back my money

    Dear sir/madam
    I paid on electric bill on Torrent power rs.1950 but my bank account money debited but transaction failed (unsuccessful)so sir I request to refund I paid on paytm true so sir I request to refund my money .

    While submitting my examination forms i use my central bank's debit card but my transaction is declined by isssuer but my payment is taken... so i hopefully request to fix those silly problems... but before 2 days my transaction was valid... but today it is declined.
    As my account was debited by adhar card biometric systems but it was not credited in account.this transaction was happened on 1/1/2019 .

        Respected sir,

        I wish to bring the following matter to your kind notice.

        On 26/03/2019 to withdraw Rs.13000/-, I used my ATM card in Axis Bank ATM (located at Bhagatsingh chowk palus ATM No.APCN4991).
        I made first transaction of 10000/- and I got messages that my money is deducted but the cash was not withdrawn. After few minutes I got another message that my account is Crideted by 10000/- and further i made successful second transaction of 10000/-.
        At the time of third transactions of 3000/- the same thing repeated as of first transaction.
        But my deducted money 3000/- is not yet refunded.
        I humbly request to take issue as on priority basis.

                Good morning and have a nice day.
                At the outset let me extend my sincere thanks for providing me loan opportunity and providing excellent services.
                I am having saving account with your esteemed bank (Account number [protected] as a saving account) as well as housing loan account [protected] and [protected] respectively.
                My concern is that in latest statement it shows following debits unnecessarily 16/02/2019 (Branch code : 01953) adv:to gl as charges rs. 8457.000 and 28/02/2019 interest 3924.000

                I would like to draw your attention that i have already taken policy at the time of initial housing loan and now also bank is charging this for another top up loan without my consent.

                I herewith request you to kindly revert the charges which are unnecessarily burden on me. If we go through the statement it shows us initial processing fees along with gst is aroun 2950 rs then rs. 300 as part period interest. Along with that many hidden charges are leading to unnecessarily debited charges.
                I already having chola mandalam policy and again one more policy is added to my account. I herewith request to revert the charges and rectify the errors. Please do find the acoount statements also.

This number [protected] is link with the sbi and idbi bank receiver says i have only idbi bank they don't have any sbi bank please help what was the issue if you have any kind of confirmation please call on my number - [protected], [protected], in this account the fund is credit please check sir, i already complaint regarding this but my branch manager not taking any action.

                        Please be informed i have a home loan account in kolkata central bank at college street branch. My home loan account number is - [protected]
                        Every 5 months i put a huge amount into my savings account ([protected]) so that home loan amount should get deducted from my savings account.

                        Its very unfortunate even after making advance payment each month i am getting overdue amount response from the call center & even though i can check the same on my mobile app yes there is an over-due amount.

                        Why overdue amount is there??
                        Not only that during my home loan no one from the cenral bank has informed me about the subsidy of 2.60lakhs.

                        This is not at all expected from a national bank like central bank.

                        Request you to kindly help with the resolution first is overdue amount & second on subsidy.

                          I have ordered back case from amazon for 300rs. But i have return it on 21st february amazon has send me a message that money will credited to bank account by 3 to 5 working days but still money is not reflected in my bank account. I have contact to amazon customer care they saying that money has refunded to bank and also they giving the refund reference number. And i contact to central bank of india customer care and asking about these issue they saying to visit home branch. My money was hanging between these two problem please refund money in my bank account.

                                Hi Sir,

                                This is Yogesh, i have account "[protected]" from Central bank of India.I have made one ATM transaction of rupees 10, 000 from SBI Bank ATM on 31-JAN-2019.
                                During the money withdrawal from ATM machine power supply went off in ATM and transaction got failed, but money got deducted from my account.
                                I waited for almost 2 hour to power get on. When it came back i saw no any pending amount came from ATM and other people were using the ATM for their own transaction.

                                Next day I raised a complain with number 2768341 in CBI(central bank of india ) on 01-FEB-2019.
                                and they escalated the issue to SBI, which ATM i used for money withdrawal.
                                After 2 week on 16-FEB-2019 SBI closed the issue without my acknowledgement saying that i withdrew amount from ATM which is defiantly not true.
                                i contacted both of bank multiple time but nothing happened.
                                Central bank of India demanded cctv footage of those particular time when transaction got occurred from SBI ATM .
                                SBI is totally denying to give the footage for investigation and verification.
                                I am extremely hopeless now. it's been 25 days almost a month yet am still looking for my money to credited.
                                Please do the needful, i am really looking for your helpful action.

                                      I used my citibank atm card in atm machine of cental bank of india, majith mandi, amritsar. Machine is placed near to this bank, tunda talab, majith mandi, amritsar. I put my card, screen showed up processing, then said time out. Money did not receive. At the same time citibank deducted rs 5000 and inform me by yahoo email and sent sms message regarding deducting 5000 amount.
                                      Used my atm citi bank card on 22.2.2019 and time was 3.40 pm friday.
                                      Could you please look into the matter. Please inform me by email id : [protected]@

                                        My name is sanjay kumar murmu and i m customer of central bank of india. Account number is [protected], branch khairabad sitapur, ifsc code cbin0280215. On 07 january 2019 i transfer money of 3000 rupee to bank of india, but due to wrong ifsc code money didn't transfer and amount was deducted from my account. I complained to branch they given me complaint no 2752251 and asked me to contact to customer care for resolve. I contacted to customer care and given my complaint number. More than 1 month later still it is not resolved. Please take necessary step.
