Hi Sir,
This is Yogesh, i have account "[protected]" from Central bank of India.I have made one ATM transaction of rupees 10, 000 from SBI Bank ATM on 31-JAN-2019.
During the money withdrawal from ATM machine power supply went off in ATM and transaction got failed, but money got deducted from my account.
I waited for almost 2 hour to power get on. When it came back i saw no any pending amount came from ATM and other people were using the ATM for their own transaction.
Next day I raised a complain with number 2768341 in CBI(central bank of india ) on 01-FEB-2019.
and they escalated the issue to SBI, which ATM i used for money withdrawal.
After 2 week on 16-FEB-2019 SBI closed the issue without my acknowledgement saying that i withdrew amount from ATM which is defiantly not true.
i contacted both of bank multiple time but nothing happened.
Central bank of India demanded cctv footage of those particular time when transaction got occurred from SBI ATM .
SBI is totally denying to give the footage for investigation and verification.
I am extremely hopeless now. it's been 25 days almost a month yet am still looking for my money to credited.
Please do the needful, i am really looking for your helpful action.
