I canceled and returned my order for Nike women shoes for my Sister Pallavi Upadhyay on 28sept 2021 of Rs 2956 through my central bank of India debit card .Amazon is saying that they have credited the amount in my bank account but I haven’t still received the refund amount .Reference id provided by Amazon is TRM559TG0000KTOT9R72.Please do the needful....

for name correction . branch staff directly told its not possible from home branch. We will send your file to RO.now 20 days finish until now my name is not corrected...

I made an upi transaction on 6th October 2021 for which, the money was instantly deducted from my account but the transaction failed. It's been past a week and my money is still not refunded....

Mr yadav not a work every day . cash counter is very important. but mr yadav every person is punished. not a work every day & every time & same reason ...
please check & change person...

I wanted to open a savings account of my aunty in Central Bank of India. My aunty is over 75 years old and does not know how to handle mobile phone.
I already have my account with central bank and my mobile is linked therein.
While mobile is a personal device, my aunty does not have any mobile.
So I gave a statement that she will use my mobile as a common device.
However they refused to open the account stating...

This is related to misbehavior of Staff person Central Bank of India, Marine Lines Branch, Mumbai. Today I came in this mentioned Bank for Passbook update. It was told the printing machine is not working. So I wanted to check balance amount, a lady staff told me to do the same to another staff.
