      My name is Gyanesh Kumar Singh and I am an account holder of central bank of India, Bank Road Gorakhpur branch, Branch Code 00205.
      My CIF is [protected] and I also have fixed deposit liked with my saving account.
      I visited my branch on 1st nov 2021 as I wanted to break my FD prematurely.I was not carrying the FD receipt as it was misplaced.I was asked by bank staff and then her seniors that to break FD I have to bring original FD and in absence of receipt, I have to get duplicate receipt issued and for that I have to make indemnity on Rs 100 stamp paper.Initially I was asked by lady authoriser to bring revenue stamp along with indemnity, when I did that I was again asked to bring stamp paper.By that time I bring that, bank timing was over.
      I just wanted to know, I have FDs in other banks which broke few times also and That could be done either with FD receipt or FD withdrawal form with KYC and signature verification, I was never asked to fulfill such formality.
      I opened my account with all due KYC and bio metric verification and I again was ready to do that and amount was to be credited to my linked saving account only.
      If that was the rule, why cant its same for all other banks specially pvt banks.
      When I have FD linked with my saving account, when amount to be credited in that only, When I was physically present and with all my KYC proof, Why such illogical procedure and If some one has some emergency of money, would he be asked to run to get Rs 100 stamp paper.
      It is a pure harassment.
      I spoke to lady authoriser and all other senior officer but every one was rude and not co operative.

        For the last 5 days I am not getting any OTP message from the Server and as such unable to make any transactions through the Net-Banking facility. At least hundred times in these 5 days I tried. Server is not functioning maximum time. When server is on, then the OTP is not arising in the mobile. Facing a lot of trouble.

                    I had placed the order on Amazon for women Nike shoes on 24sept 2021 and returned it in 27sept and the amazon is saying that they have initiated the refund amount to my bank account on 28th sept and it has been credited on 3 oct 2021 with reference id no. Of TRM559TG0000KTO9R72. It has been more than 13 days but I still haven’t received the refunded amount yet.

                          I made an upi transaction on 6th October 2021 for which, the money was instantly deducted from my account but the transaction failed. It's been past a week and my money is still not refunded.

                          Well my complaint got resolved from the merchant's side(ie Amazon, were the payment was made). And speaking about central bank, this is what I got. After repeated failed attempts in trying to contact the bank through their online grevence portal window for failed transaction, I could finally establish some sort of contact over their toll free no. only to get a call back from one of their representative named RAHUL TRIPATHI(as was mentioned in an email with logo of central bank of India wanting to contact me over a live medium to discuss my issue in detail), next day. He listened to all of my details, and, surprisingly, promised me an instant refund within seconds, to get which, I would have to follow some "simple steps". Soon, he instructed me to download an app named "any desk" from Google play store, on my smart phone or computer and ordered me to stay online while he guides me through the whole process. But on hearing that I didn't have any way to get access to the internet on a computer or smartphone apart from the smartphone I was using to talk to him, he hatched another plan. This time, he inquired me about my debit card details so that he could transfer the refund amount through it. All went fine, till he wanted to my know my CVV no. as he explained it to be common verification procedure. On showing suspicion, he remained very calm and kept on repeating that I could crosscheck his calling number (actually his calling number appeared to be the same toll-free number issued by bank on which I contacted him earlier), and all calls are being recorded by the bank and so on. I just wanted to see how far could he proceed, so I shared with him my CVV. Soon, he instructed me check me to check my message box for a "reversal OTP"(!!) and wanted me to submit it. I checked my messages to find one STATING THAT MY DEBIT CARD WAS BEING USED FOR A TRANSACTION OF ₹10118 ON MOBIKWIK APP(!!). On enquiring, he smartly explained that MOBIKWIK was the payment gateway used by central bank to make my refund and ₹10118 denoted the highest allowed upper value for such transaction. I chuckled on my own and instantly shared the OTP (since my account had only a little more than minimum balance)!! Moments later he responded by saying that, the system is showing my account balance to be below 1000 along with lots of other rubbish which I failled to get through as network dropped. So people, who ever just read this up now and wishes to start a new journey with central bank of India(or already having some rolarcoaster experience like me) should and must think twice before proceeding further!!

                                I wanted to open a savings account of my aunty in Central Bank of India. My aunty is over 75 years old and does not know how to handle mobile phone.
                                I already have my account with central bank and my mobile is linked therein.
                                While mobile is a personal device, my aunty does not have any mobile.
                                So I gave a statement that she will use my mobile as a common device.
                                However they refused to open the account stating that one account one mobile.
                                While this in principle is ok, there should be some consideration for very senior citizens who are not that mobile phone friendly.
                                Hope central bank relaxes this constraint. For now we have opened an account in another bank where they allowed us to use my mobile as communication number for my aunty's account
