Sir/Ma'm,
I have a Education loan A/C in Central Bank of India, Arera Hills, Bhopal branch, pursuing PGP + MBA degree and taken loan for the same. Every transactions were going fine till my 4th installment of fee i.e. issuance of 4th DD.
When we applied for 4th DD then we came to know that our loan A/C is empty and it shows a wrong transaction of huge amt of 50K which was wrongly debited to our loan A/C at the time of 3rd issuance of installment but then according to statement 50K was credited back to their A/C. This catastrophic transactions were done by CBI loan personnel.

Now, due to this wrong transaction done by CBI bhopal arera hill branch I am suffering and paying fine for late fee submission in my college. And still they are reluctant to give any positive response to us.

Branch manager and head of loan dept was changed 1 month back.

It has already been 7 days and still no positive response. (Today's date: - 16 Dec 09)

    Dear sir,
    Rs15000.00 has been wrongly deducted by ATM from my Savinga Account - no. 1850. A complaint in this regard has registered at the Cental Bank Of India, Rail vihar, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisa on 27.11.2009 the day of the event.
    It is requested to resumit the above amount at the earliest.

      Rs1500.00 has been debited from my a/c no [protected] without payment through centcash atm card no [protected] on 05/11-2009. More over Rs3000.00 has been debited from my same a/c on 04/12/2009 gainst a false atm transaction on 07/11/2009. written complains has been submitted but still no response.

      i have seen several anomally in atm transaction in central bank silchar branch. so i am very afraid of it. hope parwayz will get back his money soon.

      but no response please take qick action.

        Bank Lockers are no longer safe due to lack security arragements in banks. Bank need to seriously up grade their security systems and make sure that all branches are compliant to them.

        On Nov 29 and 30th 2009, around 10 local thieves broken in the central bank of india branch of chirgaon and after cutting window using gas cutter. Thieves were able to cut 30 year old expired strong room gate using gas cutter and after that they cutted around 46 lockers and looted around 90 kg of gold with cash which seems to be running in crore and silver of around 100 kg+.

        Police in chirgaon had clue and it seems that few bank personal are also involved. Police after lot pressure from local mla and minister does speed up things and cought few thieves and does recover the gold of around 87 KG. This is an unofficial news and what will be disclosed by the police is still to be seen.

        Bank MD, visited chirgaon and ask the locker owners to wait till december 10th. They also agreed to compesate the locker owner fully. This is again a claim and creditibility of this assurance will be seen in coming few days.

        Earlier Bank MD, does accepted security lapses in the bank which includes some very prelimaniry things

        1. 30 year old strong room gate was expired in 2002 but bank does not get it replaced even after godrej company sent letter to them
        2. There was no security guard in the bank for two years, despite the fact that bundelkhand is theft prone area.
        3. There is no TV surveliiance in the bank
        4. Alarming system was outdated and it could be easily taken over by cutting power supply
        5. lockers operation were facilitated by a bank employee who is 4th grade employee. Generally it supposed to be bank manager or cashier.

        With these minimal security measure missing in bank branches, I want ot know how many nationalized bank really have the secure bank lockers..

        Police as per their image and character done the things. They siezed 87 kg of gold but they have declared only 3 kg of gold. Wow!!! police in our nation is just too good!!!

        Bank have not yet responded..we are still waiting.

        The amazing realization is about the media. Aaj tak does lot of propaganda to pose it self the leading news channel but the fact of the matter is that they have given no coverage for such a huge incidence while every small news get coverage like hell. It is really sameful matter on part of aajtak because his reporter Amit Srivastava even on repeated request have given no heed to the news. Please see yourself and decide if media should have shown this on his national channel.
        After looking all the trends and the way bank is dealing with the situation and careless attitude of bank i feel CBI (Central bank of india) is one of the worst bank i hvae ever seen.

        They are real killer of customers... there should be examplery action against such banks ...


        I have seen the way they mentained the branh in chirgaon..Their workers and their awarness about their customers was eggrigious..

            Dear Sir,
            My husband was working in central bank of india,station road branch,gaya(bihar)and died in 2006.He had to retier in 2007.
            While his service period he was having one LIC policy through bank and that premiunm was deducted from salary.After death of my husband we have not get death maturity amount and they given only general maturity amount.
            But in this case we are not getting justice.Now this matter comes around three years old.
            So,i need your help.Kindly give your valuable suggestions to overcome this problem.

              We have a joint account in Manicktala branch. My wife applied for a Debit/ATM card. In 1st week of December, 2009 my wife was informed by bank branch that ATM PIN has been sent from Mumbai. She was advised to contact the branch once she receives the PIN. Today (29.1. 2010), the branch again telephoned her as the Debit Card is lying with the branch. But the PIN number has not reached her till date. How long she has to wait?
              I have SB account with central Bank of India, Branch Hosur-635109. I applied for ATM debit card with the Branch in August 2009. I have not yet received the ATM card. Evenafter several followups, am not getting any favourable response from the branch. Please arrange to send the ATM card.
              I am account holder with your Central bank of India, Bhowanipore Branch since long and I also hold a DEBIT CARD since long back also.
              Recently I have lost my DEBIT CARD and applied for duplicate one.But sorry to mention that your HQ Bombay is unable to supply my duplicate DEBIT CARD for giving several reminders from my branch of Bhowanipore. Please note that my account No. [protected] and I had applied for duplicate for one month back. Please note that in your net site you have boldly mentioned that it will supply within one week. But I think it is furse. I had also applied for duplicate DEBIT CARD of SBI and they had supplied within 10 days.                 My wife (Late Smt Shyam Wati Mehra W/O Dharam Prakash Mehra) was working in education department at Vidisha ( MP) and she was expired on dated 11.7.2005 .

                Her fafily pension is getting to Dharam Prakash Mehra and depositing in Central Bank Vidisha Branch Tilak Chowk Vidisha in A.c no . [protected]. Suddenly pension stopped since June 09 without any intimation and I met several time at Vidisha Branch but staff of Bank Branch dd not inform / not responding . I am 76 years old and I can not go in bank frequently .

                It is therefore requested to draw family pension with arrears and deposit in above account in your Bank at Tilak chowk Branch Vidisha ( M P)

                  I am Account holder(A/C:[protected]) of Central Bank of india Rein bazar branch, Hyderabad ,My ATM Card No :[protected] , on 7/11/09 at 7:30 on saturday night i wanted to take Rs 3000/- from my ATM card at SBI ATM machine at Koti, Hyderabad , transaction was fail and error "unable to process sorry",on 9/11/09 i went to bank to check it and my account is showing amount is deducted ,i gave complaint in the bank submited my ATM transaction sleeps today is 21st nov , still i did not receveid my money......."What is this ? i unable to take my money ? where is my money ???????????, i become the victim ,Government banks stared cheating........

                      My pension account no.is-[protected]. I discussed several times with BM about the incorrect payments of pension arrears and also gave in writing on 20-10-09, but neither the correct amount of arrears of pension credited to my account nor gave any reply. The breif of complaint is "Arrears of pension had not been calculated and paid as per notr 3 below clause 9 of Revision Authority for central civil pensions issued by CPAO New Delhi vide their no.[protected]/511117 Dated 27-06-09 which clearly says that eaduced npension as per column 3 will take effect from the date differential commuted value3 is creditrd in to the pensioner"s account by the bank".The commuted value was credited by the bank on 30-07-09, but the pension was reduced by the bank from 1-05-07

                      Reg : Mr.C.Muthappan, Employee No: 42357 retired from Bank's service with effect from JUNE, 2015
                      frm NANDAMBAKKAM (br.No: 2740) as Senior Manager.
                      With reference to the above i would like to inform you that I am drawing my pension from our THYAGARAYANAGAR, CHENNAI BRANCH UNDER CHENNAI REGION. Though i am retired from the Bank's serive nearly one year my PPO ( Pension Payment Order) is yet to be given either by Thyagarayanagar branch, or Chennai Regional Office. I have written more than five complaints to Regional Office Chennai, they neither give any reply or even acknowledged my complaint. All my five complaints sent to Chennai Regional Office were ignored by them.

                      Sir, I have no record of my PPO for my use. Hence it is requested to please instruct the Regional Office, Chennai to deliver my PPO. If not you are requestd to give me a copy of the same for my records.

                          Sir,
                          I attempted to withdraw Rs. 15000 through a hdfc outlet in goregaon area mumbai on 28.9.2009. the cash was not delivered but the amount was debited from my above account. i complained to the manager, cbi, nepz, noida branch on 29.9.2009 where i hold the above account. i request you to kindly look into the matter and credit the said amount in my account at the earliest.

                          On 23.10.2009, I made a complaint vide C/23102009/66 but no action has been taken so far .pl. expedite.

                            I had lost 5000 Rs(debited from account but not received in cash) during a ATM transaction on 27 th Sept 2010 from Union bank of India ATM, Kunnamangalam, Kerala. Its been more than 24 days now and I have lodged numerous complaints and requests both at the bank and online.Nothing has happened.
                            It is hard-earned money and there is no way I can leave it.
                            If immediate action isn't taken about it then I would need to take an extreme step of approaching CONSUMER COURT. The bank response has been extremely lethargic. Is there any hope for me ?

                              This is Shankar Kumar Mahto. I am from Araria Sangram(Mauwahi), p.o.+via.-Tulapatganj, p.s.-Ghoghardiha, Dist.-Madhubani, State-Bihar. I am studing in VINAYAKA MISSION'S KIRUPANANDA VARIYAR ENGINEERING COLLEGE,SALEM in 3rd sem. I have applied for education loan in my nearer Central Bank Of India,Ratoli in October,2008. Bank Manager told me that he had been sent the form to the REGIONAL OFFICE (Darbhanga). But when did i go there they told me that they didn't recieved any form. Again i went there but again Bank manager is saying that he has sent my form to Regional office but till now i have not got any thing. What should i do? Help me please. Thank you.

                                I shailendra m shinde resigned from the bank job w.e.f.5.5.2009. I submitted my resignation letter in Feb 2009. After lapse of almost 5 months i have not received my full dues.

                                Branch Manager is harassing me for giving my own hard earned money. As per Bank rule
                                if a employee resigned from the job he is entitled to get 50% of encashment of leave but the branch manager deliberately delaying/ not giving my aforesaid dues.

                                kindly advise me urgently

                                whether i should go for legal action against bank

                                  The fact of the matter is as under:

                                  1. I had a minor saving a/c no. [protected] in the name of SHRISTI KSHMATA D/o Mr.SHANKER KUMAR KARJEE in CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, Green Valley School Extension Branch, Jaitpur Badarpur Road, New Delhi-110044.
                                  2. To deposit the college fee of my Son Mr. KSHITIZ KARJEE, I had issued a cheque no. 569392 dt.26.07.09 Amt.Rs.28, 500/- in the name of my son KSHITIZ KARJEE.
                                  3. My son Mr.KSHITIZ KARJEE is a bonafide customer of ICICI Bank, Sector-35, Faridabad-121003 vides A/c No.[protected].

                                  4. My son Mr.KSHITIZ KARJEE deposited the said cheque to his A/c No.[protected].

                                  5. The said cheque first credited on 27.07.09 and amount reflected in my son’s account[protected].

                                  6. My son is astonished to receive the memo that the cheque was not cleared by the CENTRAL BANK ON THE PRETEXT OF THE A/C IS TRANSFERRED.
                                  7. The fact of the matter is my saving a/c no. [protected] is very much there in the name of SHRISTI KSHMATA D/o Mr.SHANKER KUMAR KARJEE in CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, Green Valley School Extension Branch, Jaitpur Badarpur Road, New Delhi-110044.

                                  8. Two times in the row the C.B.I bounced the cheque by giving false information to the clearing house that the a/c holder is transferred to other branch with a fact that about 3-4 month back the central bank cleared the cheque of the same series deposited in ICICI Bank. The facts about the same confirmed by the Senior Management of ICICI Bank vide E-Mail dt.05.08.2009.

                                  HOW THE BANK DENIED THEIR OWN INSTRUMENT BY FALSELY STATING THAT THE A/C IS TRANSFERRED.

                                  PLEASE LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA AND THEIR TOP OFFICIALS
                                  1. FOR NOT HONORING HIS OWN INSTRUMENT AND GIVING FALSE AND FRIVOLOUS STATEMENT.

                                  2. COMPLAINT FOR DEFFICIENCY OF SERVICE AGAINST THE BANK.

                                  3. DIRECT THE BANK TO RELEASE A TOKEN AMOUNT EQIVALENT TO THE CHEQUE AMOUNT OF RS.28, 500/- FOR HARASSMENT/DEFFICIENCY OF SERVICE& DAMAGES.

                                      This is with regards to Central Bank exam which conducted on 16.08.2009.My wife appeared for it.
                                      Firstly online registration process was pathetic. Server was down for almost one week.every1 tried hard to apply but it is of no use. Finally we could able to fill the form and got registration.
                                      Exam date is 16 aug.But we didn’t received admit card still 11th of August. When tried contact the number given it is always busy. One lady picked phone told us to contact after 12th.on 12th We went to Central bank of India Nariman Point 12th floor, Where we have been told to bring Photo Identity and copy of Registration.(This information Bank was supposed to give on their website or on Registration copy itself to avoid coming for two times)
                                      On 13th we again went to the place at 10:30, we gave all details to person he told to wait up to 1 o'clock he will come and call for Candidates. We wait up to 4:30.No reply from them, Candidates was coming from long places like Pune, Satara; Nasik.But these people were seems to be sleeping.
                                      At last we went inside and ask seniors to provide details about delay. Manager gave us letter in 15 minuts.Suc a worst service is having in Central Bank of India, Goverment really should do something about the management and Workers of Bank. Our valuable time went to take only one page. Worst ever!!!

                                      Central Bank of India has performed worst process of examination..and had rejected the application of candidates for no reason.I Rohit Srivastava was not allowed to give the examination for no reason.i had applied 4 online process by depositing Rs 300 to Sitapur Branch.They rejected my application as they dont get the physical form.I Had dispatched the form with ORDINARY dispatch process.They dont find dat and rejectyed application.My question to them z, if had submitted the money on tyme and wasted much of ma tym in absurd site of CBI Bank which was exhausted by server failure..But still i managed to complete dat on net.I had got registration ID and no. as per the online process.But if CBI didnt get ma Physical form den its not ma fault.I Was having reciept of deposited amt. and having copy of registration No. den Y I WAS NOT ALLOWED THE EXAMINATION.Y DONT U ALLOW TO DISPATCH THROUGH SPEED POST OR REGISTRYY SO THAT WE MUST HAVE RECEIPT AND LATER CAN CLAIM D LOSES.And moreover I DIDNT APPLIED THROUGH DEMAND DRAFT, I APPLIED THROUGH CBI BANKING WEBSITE AND DEPOSITED MONEY IN CBI BRANCH.So ma question to CBI is Didn't u believe in ur own website.Wat sort of physical form do u need(Sorry to say the only Bank in India at present tym which need physical form not only in case of DD but in also in case of online reciept).This z really very absurd.In case of DD i can understand but in online receipt, can u give me the Reason.i want claim 4 ma loses.and back my 300 Rs.and moreover ma attempt to appear in an exam.

                                      I regret to inform you that your kidar building, subzimandi branch staff is continually harras & misbehave to my family members, when they visit in branch time to time.
                                      On 6th june'2011 one cheque of rs 1000, was submitted in branch for sending in clearance of IDBI bank of vivek vihar branch, New Delhi, but it was sent by this branch to till date. My a/C no-[protected]. If they do not want giving service to your other branch customer, then you are requested to close that branch & also arrange to terminate all the staff of that branch.                                         Delay in Pin change to ATM cards.

                                        Sir,
                                        My joint savings account number :[protected] at Central Bank of India / Anna Nagar Branch.

                                        Since the ATM card's Pin number was blocked, I intimated the Bank officials two months back and I am yet to get new pin for the ATM card. Even on 12th Dec 2010 when we visited the Bank, they are asking about my account number etc., for searching the new PIN/letter of advise received from their Mumbai branch.

                                        For just a change of PIN a customer had to wait for so long?? it is unimaginable and unpredictable more over unacceptable. Will any one from the management look into it and call me to get the new pin or if we migrate to other banks, you simply leave customers.
                                        When the present Home minister Mr. Chidambaram, was holding the FM post, he told on some occasion that which ever bank gives the maximum benefits, the customers shall opt/move for that particular bank, though, they are all Nationalized and have different set of policies and programs. If customers in large number migrate to other banks, very soon Anna Nagar Central Bank of India might be in deep-trouble.
