Dear bank I suresh kumar having an account in the central bank of india gt road panipat branch. Ac [protected] When i tried to withdrew rs 10, 000 from my account [protected] on 23.06.2017 at 11:11 am. From the axis bank atm gt road panipat. At the time atm machine hang so that i could not received any money and received a receipt from atm which scan copy attached for your kind information. Write on it "transaction declined" but while i checked the balance from the same atm after some time balance was deducted from my account. Still not received any amount.
