Central Bank Of India — bank is not returning refund of rs 10500 also not taking my complaint

My name is rohit verma and i had ordered
3x pedigree adult dry dog food (High protein variant) - chicken, egg & rice, 20 kg pack
Sold by cloudtail india of rs10500, pedigree adult dry dog food in amazon on 06/05/2020 and cancelled it on same day within hour. I had cancelled the delivery and order due to personal reason. And on 06/05/2020
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 051425
And told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My debit card number is [protected].
