Central Bank Of India — charge dispute issue

My name is siddharth pandey and i had ordered tp-link re 200, dual band ac750 wi-fi range extender of rs.1799 in amazon on 26th may, 2020 but i cancelled my order due to some personal reasons and on 27may, 2020 amazon initiated the refund to my bank account but still i have not got my money in my bank account. Amazon had sent this refund reference # 74332740148014773090971 and told me to file charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn’t have such policy. So kindly please respond to this complaint as it is very urgent and this is causing great inconvenience.
