Central Bank Of India — complaint for amount is deducted from ac but cash is not received.

Dear sir,

On 12.02.19, i had swept debit card on atm at union bank branch, d y patil hoslital (Sant tukaram nagar) at 22.27 p. M to withdraw amount of rs.9900/-. The amount got deducted but transaction had declined. The central bank customer care number[[protected]] is temporarily out of service and also the phone number of bank is not being answered.

Please do the needful and credit the amount back to my account.
