Sir I am very sorry to say that we people suffers a lot with the additional rule and regulation imposed by the employee of the bank. They close the main gate after 2.30 pm daily and donot open the bank for the customer visit after 2 .30 pm .. Plzz help us us sir . you can visit the bank so that you can confirm the issue of the poor people. Hope it matters for you.

    My mother had account at your bank and since she was aged came here to gangaikindan branch to assist her to withdrawal amount from her account, we have been waiting more then 30min to withdrawal at cash counter, observed that cashier who's new to job and not to know even system transaction looks is a trainee... Because of that there are more than 6-7 aged people are waiting at cash counter more then 1 hour... Bank need to depute cashier after training... Still are waiting... Pain for old age people whose waiting at your bank... Please look at the same to depute right trained staff at bank

        Central Bank of india has committed to consider maximum request transfers for clerical staff but it did not happened like that.
        Atleast they should have considered requests of womens on marriage ground peoples its really frustrating to know it happens nothing even after waiting for transfers for more than year or two.
        They have given only few transfers that too for not giving womens preferences on marriage ground

          Totally unprofessional and harassing behavior by a psu bank staff. I want to bring it to your notice that i opened a saving account vide a/c no [protected] in central bank of india, old faridabad sector29 branch on[protected]. Till[protected] my account was not activated with netbanking despite daily visit to the bank as asked by staff. Ultimately, on fourth day of account opening, the bank manager, got annoyed very unprofessionally and asked me to close the account as he can not help me.

          Ultimately he filled up the form for closing the account himself and closed the account. If i was knowing that even after wasting my four days of business (As i do business in delhi and live in faridabad) i will not be able to use my account, then i would have gone to a private bank and got the account operative same day as those people are very professional to help the customers.

          Sir, i would like to emphasize that if they can behave like this with me, an educated person, then what our less educated fellows of india are being treated by these unruly bank staff. They are not at all bothered for the business to their bank, rather they want that people should not come to their bank.

          I request you to kindly visit a govt bank branch and see for yourself the management there. This is mainly the reason why people like to open accounts in private banks despite higher minimum balance requirement of rs.10000/- generally.

          Kindly look into the matter so that other people do not suffer the way i have suffered.

            I was paid bill of mgvcl through net banking and cut the amount of rs. 2190.00 from my account. But that amount not received by mgvcl and they told me that this money was deducted by bank. I complaint about that in my home branch but my money will not refunded by bank till date.

                  I have visited this branch multiple times for application of re-issue of the TDR copies which I had lost due to theft in my house.

                  The Branch Manager are being kept in transition and due to this also I am facing this issue and I am not able to issue the duplicate copies of the same.

                    My daughter and son named shreya singh and shresh singh have account in your bank at parasia. Both are studying at bhopal and for them i submit the required amount in their account from my account at sbi through net banking for their expenses. Usually they withdraw the amount by atm card at bhopal. But as per last few transaction they have not received the amount from atm and money is deducted from their account. The details are given below.

                                  I tried to withdraw 10, 000 rupees from central bank of India ATM while my card was of SBI on 19th December '15 but neither the money came out if the machine nor the acknowledgement slip. I wrote registered letters to local branch, head branch, police and RBI but still no resolution. My demand is either refund the allegedly deducted money or show me the CCTV footage. After many warnings i am now planning to approach the consumer court. I have all the receipts of the letters sent and written acceptance of the the guard that he witnessed everything.
