This is Poojan Pokhrel S/o Lt. Somnath Pokhrel r/o Lingsey, Kalimpong, West Bengal.
I became a victim of Financial Fraud Through telephonic conversation with the representative of NICT BC ONLINE COMPANY.
First of all I went to Google and started research about the process of how to get CSP Point online?
In this regard I hit the apply button on Google after this one of the representatives of the above-mentioned company called me and explained to me the process of CSP and asked me to deposit ₹15600/- as registration fee and after this you will get agreement and provide all the equipments required for CSP and no need of further money to pay.
I paid this then again he asked me to deposit ₹25000/- and said as you are going to open a CSP so you need an OD account for operation of said CSP and again said after this you don't need to pay any further money and, I paid.
After this he E- mailed me and asked me to deposit again ₹25000/- because area population of yours is very high so you need the account to open with higher amount and you don't worry your money will be refund within half an hour of depositing and your agreement will be ready and within 48 hours your CSP will be open and I again deposited ₹25000/- but after this he is again asking me a sum of ₹35000/- as agreement charge instead of giving me agreement and opening CSP at my location.

Please note: They have told me that all the money you paid will be refund one agreement is done.
So I request you to kindly look after this matter and make me get justice.

I Apply for CSP online i paid Registration fee 12600 and OD Account 50000 after one day the servise provider ask me to increase od account for one lakh. i have paid 50000 for OD account but OD account is not open in my account....

Respected sir/madam, my sbi a/c no ... is debited by rs. 1000 and the amount is transferred to nict technologies pvt ltd, on dated 4th August, 2023. On my behalf i was not involved and responsible for the said transaction. The transaction is shown as Rupay WDL TXN @KO1A76B4571 transfer to nict technologiespvt. As per the entry in my passbook. So, please, kindly look into the matter and provide the details of it to me and refund my amount...

I have applied for sbi kiosk through nict technologies pvt. Ltd indore and then submit my demand draft (DD number 193390) of rupees Rs 23, 600 date 21/09/2022. They rejected my application due to some reasons and not returning the amount of my DD.

Company namely nict promised me to provide kiosk bank bc point of Jammu and Kashmir bank i agreed and said yes after paying 12 thousand 6 hundred registration fees they were asking me to pay 50thousand for opening of od account i suspected them at that point and told them i don't want to open od account from your company please refund my fees back he said that he will call me back within 15minites bt after that his phone has been switched off please refund my money back

My name is Gurinder Singh & i was working in NICT technology private ltd . My office belong to panchkula NICT office Cabin no 1 SCO 8 Sector -5 Near KC theater Panckula Haryana 134109. I gave the resign to this Co on Dt.28/July/2022 due to i got less salary every month & they did not issue me salary slip also deduct my expenses. NOW Panchkula office refuse to give my full and final payment to me including My july Expenses, Salary or salary slip along with Relieving letter. Pls help
