Central Bank Of India — dispute amount (refund not processed)

Dear sir/mam my refund amount of ₹ 615 & ₹ 398 which was sent to my account on 12/05/20 & 21/05/20 respectively from amazon.in

They also provided refund reference no.

I have been waiting for almost 1 month but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank. I have complained against it but still it's not reflected in my account.

Dear sir i have included refund details with reference no. And complain report.
Please refund my money as soon as possible.
