Central Bank Of India — i am complaining about my refund that i don't get even after 10 working days.

Amazon refunded rs 4999 on 21 may 2020 but even after 10 working days i don't get refund. Amazon gives me refund reference no 348788. I contacted branch manager and customer care helpline but nobody gives proper solution. Please give me my refund.
