Central Bank Of India — i am complaining about ppo document which has forgotten

My name is raj kumari jha. I was a railway employee in adra division, pin code-723121 dist-purulia west bengol. I retired[protected] but my pension has not started due to absence of ppo document which has lost in bank (Central bank of india, rahua sangram, ifsc code-cbin0282639, dist-madhubani, bihar). Bank says i have not found your ppo document but i gave rejistry proof to bank then bank says i search your document but they could not find my ppo document. I (Raj kumari jha) opened my account (Account no-[protected]) in my native place rahua-sangram po+ps-madhepur pin code-847408. Dist-madhubani, bihar.
