Dear sir/ madam, i made a payment with goibibo by using your bank card and payment successful by bank but i didn't receive my ticket after that i talk to goibibo they said they refunded money to your bank but i didnt received any money. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Because i have urgent work and without this my flight ticket pending. I hope you solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you
