Central Bank Of India — money deducted but yet not received

My name is parul Tarafdar .my account no. is xxxxxx7559 & ifsc code is CBIN0282939.i have paid five times to paytm payments bank saving account.i have paid each time two thousand rupees .among of five transactions, one transaction was pending & money was deducted.deducted money from my account on 10.03.2019 Yet not received to my account.please help me to refund my money.thank you.
