Central Bank Of India — money deposited but did not received in my account.

I have a saving account with the central bank of india in krishanlal jalan free eye hospital branch with account number [protected] and ifsc code cbin0283813.

A sum of 17999 rupees deposited in my account through reference number[protected] on 19 may 2020 by flipkart and i was assured that it will be credited in my account by 28 may 2020. But it is still not credited even after 20 days.

I contacted the branch manager but did not get any response. I also made online complaint with central bank of india (Reference number c/08062020/89798), it was also closed without any response.

Please help me to get my money back.
