Central Bank Of India — My previous complain no. C/29122016/51366 and my complain not resolved yet. | |||
Today I received an email from web portal of central bank and they said that my complaint had been resolved but my complain has not been resolved yet. And I want to know how you resolved my complain because you didn't give any detail regarding my complain. And now the today incident the misbehaviour of bank staff of central bank vrindavan loi bazar(Mr. Vivek) for not accepting a form and he is not ready to give his signature on the second copy of application. Also he misbehave with me and told me that if you close your 15 to 20 accounts from my bank then the bank will not close. And he is also said that what you can make of me you just make my transfer to other branch. I am telling you the one thing I am going to close all my accounts from this bank due the misbehaviour done by all staff including manager, they didn't want my accounts into their bank. I am closing all accounts within a week. And I don't know how much more accounts will be closed from this bank. They are insulting their customers and don't want any relation with the customers. I wish you to take an action immediately unless your other customers will leave their accounts from this branch. Was this information helpful? | |||
