Central Bank Of India — my refund is initiated by amazon online shopping app to bank, but bank haven't given to me.

I returned a wallet set on amazon. Amazon initiated the refund, but bank doesn't give it to me yet
The amazon gave me this reference number 74332740191019094074717.
I asked your costumer care service and he denied me to help on call asked me to visit bank and collect information from their.
I don't know what to do now.
Please help me to get this refund.
