[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Payment failure while doing transactions for iit kharagpur from my debit card and money is deducted from my debit card

Whaile making payment of rupees 30000 for iit kharagpur from central bank debit card payment is not successful but amount is debited from account. it already been more than 48 working hours but money is not refunded yet.
