I had been using internet banking for last 4 years without any problem
For last few months I am not able to access my account activity. I get Message that grid has expired when I log in. I Called your Race course Branch in Vadodara and was told to go through otp. When I did that, it said this mobile number is not registered and was advised to contact the branch for mobile registration. I called again to let them know that the phone no. has changed and gave them my new no ( 001 [protected]).
Yet I have not be able to access my statement, I keep on getting message saying that grid has expired.
I have made several phone calls to solve this problem, each time I get different answers from Mr S.M. Rathva, it seems he is not able to figure out what the problem is
I would highly appreciate you looking into this matter and help me access my internet banking account
