Central Bank Of India — Refund amount is not reflecting in account

Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Dharam Sen. I have an account in Central Bank of India. My Account Number is [protected] and my Debit Card Number is [protected]
I made a purchase on Amazon with debit card and later they refunded me INR 23499 as purchase was cancelled but refund amount is not reflecting in my account even after 10 days. I contacted Amazon and they have advised me to dispute this with the bank. They have also provided me the refund reference numbers, below are the details of same:
