Central Bank Of India — Refund amount not received in my account | |||
Dear sir/mam, My name is vikash kumar and I had ordered two products of Rs.3798 Amway Nutrilite Daily-120N in Amazon on 01/09/2021, but I received wrong and damaged products then I complained to Amazon then Amazon refund my ammount .Amazon send my refund ammount Rs.3798 in my debit card on 08/09/2021 but still I did not get the money in my account. Amazon sent this reference number SOWAOBF20000KSM3NOG0 and told me fill charge dispute form but central bank doesn't not have such policy .I have complain against it on my branch but I didn't get proper solution. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent .my card no is [protected].
