Central Bank Of India — Refund amount not reflected in my bank account

I haven't received my refunded amount of Rs 299 from amazon to my bank account even it was refunded on 18th october. It's been 2 month approximately but this amount is not reflected in my account even though I have complained about it to the branch employee. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
