Amazon said it had initiated my on 22 may 2020 and said that it will reflect in my account by 29 may. I have contacted both amazon and my bank central bank of india... I've contacted both amazon and the branch manager of the bank.. But to no good... So kindly help me... Amazon gave me refund reference.. But bank said they can't use this refund reference..
