[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Refund are not credit

Sir,
My bank account name is paras and my debit card is rupay card. So, i didn't receive my refund on my account but amazon customer are says we have done your refund to your account on 28th april and the last reflect date of amount is 4th may but i didn't receive my refund and the reference number is :-

So, plz credit my refund in my account as soon as possible.
