Central Bank Of India — Refund initiated but not received in my account

I cancel a order on amazon India of mobile OPPO f17, they initiated refund amount for Rs. 19790/- on 10.11.2020
refund reference no. :- 7433274031603158388242
but amount still not received in my account of central bank of India Savita Vihar branch, Delhi
I ask Costumer care of central bank of India ([protected]) (Mr. Nitin) for help but they cant give any solution,

please resolve the problem as soon as possible because i need this money very urgently
