Central Bank Of India — Refund initiated by amazon but still not received Last 22 days

I canceled and returned my order for Nike women shoes for my Sister Pallavi Upadhyay on 28sept 2021 of Rs 2956 through my central bank of India debit card .Amazon is saying that they have credited the amount in my bank account but I haven’t still received the refund amount .Reference id provided by Amazon is TRM559TG0000KTOT9R72.Please do the needful.
