Central Bank Of India — Refund Initiated by amazon but still not received Please Help

Respected sir/ma'am
I am Nishant Mandil, a customer of central bank of India with the account no [protected].
Recently I have received one refund on my account, from amazon with the amount of 7999/- on 12-05-21 and it should be credited before 17-05-21.
But after 12 days also the amount is not reflected on my account.
I visited the nearest branch with the branch code CBIN0281098, but the manager completely disagree to help me and also he protested to give a charge back form.
I am giving all the details below regarding the reference no.
