[Resolved] Central Bank Of India — refund is still not processed

Dear sir/ma'am one of my refund amount 900 which send to my account in between 13th to 18th may 2020 from amazon.in. After talking to amazon customer care they provided me the refund reference no. # 218916 and i have been waiting from past 2 days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I talked to cbi customer care regarding this but i didn't get proper solution from their. And in this corona virus situation i can not go to branch.

Dear sir i am including refund details with reference no. And complain report so please refund my money as soon as possible.

Central Bank of India neither called me nor emailed me regarding this complain. And they took a longer time to resolved it
