Central Bank Of India — refund never processed | |
I have recently buyed an amazon product through credit card but due to some reasons it didn't delivered. It's been 20 days but i haven't been refunded yet. The customer service told me that they have already been refunded to bank. Later on contacting they told me to file a charge dispute but i don't know how to do it.
