[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Refund not processed by bank

My name is ankit kumar and i had added money of rs. Amount 1505.08 on amazon on 3rd may by mistake and after i cancelled the added money because it is done by mistake. And on 4th may amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money amazon sent this reference number (831339) and told me to full charge dispute form but central bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's verry urgent. My card number is ([protected])
