Central Bank Of India — Refund not received from amazon

My name is shivangi. I had ordered a product of rs600 (Jiwa rolled oats of rs 195 and 3 quantity of jiwa chia seeds) on amazon on 5 june and i had already paid this amount through my debit card and after two days on 8 june i cancelled my order due to personal reason. And on 8 june amazon initiated amount to my accunt but i still didn't receive my money. Amazon sent this refund reference number #30005401610157140528912 and me to fill charge dispute form. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
I will be grateful to you. Please solve my issue
