Central Bank Of India — refund of rs.17989 from amazon to my sb a/c of central bank of india

I have no received refund from amazon. The e mail i have received from amazon is as follows. I have tried to get solution from customer care but i did not get refund till now. Amazon is telling me to contact bank and lodge a complain there with reference to authorization code and as them to credit this amount to my sb account no [protected]
