Central Bank Of India — Refund related query

Dear sir/mam,
One of my refund amount 1189/- send to my account on 14th july 2020 from amazon.in with refund reference no. #30005401970189092108520 which is not reflected in my account of a/c no.:[protected] yet, i have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank. Please check the details & refund my money as soon as possible.
