Central Bank Of India — regarding atm transaction

I withdraw rs 2000 from coorporation atm on 10 jan 2019 around 3-4 pm. All the process got completed but i didnt received the money because the atm stopped working at the mean time and my money got deducted from my account and it has been 24 hours completed my money is not being refunded. Yesterday i called to customer sevice and they said that money will b refunded with in 24 hours, if it will not be refuned then they told to register a complain in the near by central bank of india. So, please take the action as soon as possible.

Today even I went to Karnataka bank ATM to draw money. The amount got debited and I got a message telling that the amount is debited but I didnot get the cash in the atm. The amount was of 5000rs and I am not able to contact customer care to help me in this regards.
Please help me to solve this regards.
