Central Bank Of India — regarding clearance of refund amount by irctc | |||
Sir, Most humbly I beg to say that I have cancelled four e tickets (PNR NO [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) on 22nd March 2020. The cancellation charge is already refunded by IRCTC on 31st March, 2020 which is credited to my A/c on 08th April, 2020. But the remaining amount which is refunded by IRCTC on 23rd March, 2020 to the bank, it is still pending. Till date it is not credited by bank or IRCTC to my account. Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 21, 2020 Updated by bnp.27n Refunded by IRCTC to bank on 23rd March 2020 but not credited to my A/c till date.    | |||
