[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Regarding delay in processing my refund

Irctc has initiated my refund on 21st May, 2020 but still bank hasn't credited to my account. I fail to understand why. On 29th May I went to the branch. They refused about any money credited to my account. I have contacted irctc thrice and they reconfirmed me that they have initiated the refund.
. Please have a look. Please process it soon. I will be highly obliged if you help me out.

How can you write that problem has been resolved. I haven't got my refund yet. If you are helping your customers genuinely, kindly put some efforts too. Why are you not taking your responsibility seriously? You really disappointed me
