Central Bank Of India — regarding imps transaction | |||
Dear central bank of india team. I did an imps transaction of rs 1000 on 03/02/2018 by mobile banking. The amount debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account and the status of transaction showing timeout in imps inquiry section. I have raised 2 complaints about it in the branch office but not given any solution and it's been 1.5 months.
