My name is dr. Shradha and i had ordered a okayji product of rs. 899 by amazon on 05/02/2020 and returned this order on 13/02/2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number is[protected] And told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy.
