Central Bank Of India — Regarding refund of Echo Dot from Amazon India | |
I have started a return of amount 4536 on 10th Nov 2020 by Amazon India with order id[protected] but even after 1.5 months nothing is reflected in my account statement. I am in continous touch with amazon customer service regrding the same .They were saying that refund is processed from their end and it may have stuck in gateway .So only concerned Bank can check the status.My refund reference no. Is 7BE7KJDY0000K78HDQVY. I would like you to look into the matter throughly and resolve it as early as possible. I am also attaching required documents for your reference.
