Central Bank Of India — regarding refunds

Dear sir/ma'am,

Myself fatima imamhussain mulla is account holder of central bank of india, patrakar nagar, pune branch.

I had made 3 different payments to amazon through my debit card in month of may 2020 on account of online shopping. Due to some reason i had canceled the products which i had ordered. Amazon made all the 3 refunds but i haven't received them yet. They have given me the dates and refund reference numbers which i am sharing with u. As per amazon i should have got the refunds till now but they are not reflected in my account yet.
Following are the required details :
