Sir, my name is subrat dwivedi and i am a truely satisfied customer of central bank of india. I am an account holder of central bank of india, d. A. V. College branch banda (U. P.) 210001 with ifsc code cbin0283930 and a savings account number [protected]. I would like to further inform you that i ordered two t shirts from amazon india on 23rd march 2020 and paid the required amount rupees 398.4 and 499 respectively from the debit card issued by cbi, banda. But on 25th march 2020 i cancelled my order due to covid 19 and lockdown, and on company behalf they refunded the paid amount back in my debit card/bank account on the same date and it is to be expected to be credited in my account on 30th march 2020. It is further informed you that till today i could not get the refunded amount in my bank account. When i enquired on with this issue to amazon customer care executive, they informed me that the refunded ammount is initiated in your account and provided me two transaction reference number 568741 and 771887 to share with bank officials. It is my humble request to you to take my problem seriously and bring back refunded ammount back in my account. My contact number for further communication is [protected].
