Central Bank Of India — the coordinator of the home branch told me to change my account from student to general | |||
Respected sir, I am sourabh shukla customer of central bank for since last 3 years. Actually i lost my atm card while i was travelling and it is totally upon me and im sorry for the same mistake. But, when i am requesting to home branch of bank to reissue debit card for my account, the co-ordinator there are insisting me to first change my account from student to general. She told me that, while applying for new atm card the system is asking to update the account from 'student to general'. But, clearly i know as well its my decision if i want to keep my account student or general... I was never expected this kind of misdirective behaviour from such a esteemed bank. My name is Raghunandan yadav .. i am a account holder of birha branch in district samastipur bihar. i am a pensioner and want a urgent pensioner loan but bank officials are not sanctioning it. Officials say to meet in office after a regular interval of 10 days. They are even not updating any passbook, not even giving account statement .please help
