Central Bank Of India — transaction failed but amount debited | |||
Respected sir, i have a saving account central bank of india branch khas yol. On[protected] i have visited the central bank of india atm kangra for withdraw money. I tried to withdraw rs. 5000 from atm, but transaction failed and balance had been deducted. The transaction can not be complete. When i used another nearby atm, i was surprised to see that 5000 have been debited my account, thus incurring on me a lose. I had fill fuel to HP petrol pump by POS machine.
First time swipe the card transaction has been declined.
Second time swipe the card payment successfully paid.
Now problem is that 2 times amount deducted to my bank account as per see in attached snap.
