Central Bank Of India — transaction problem through net banking

I am satyaki chowli, a accountholder of central bank of india at ramnagar branch (Ramnagar, khanakul, hooghly). This is to inform you that, i had tried to make a hdfc life policy premium payment of inr 18457.00 on 24.10.2017 at 1:08:32 p. M. Through internet banking which was not successful. But the said amount had debited from my account on that time. Till today the said amount (Rs 18457.00) has not refunded to my account.
