Central Bank Of India — transaction was declined but money not credited back to account.

I have transferred rs. 9296 on 13th october 2017 to an andhra bank account. The transaction was failed and money was deducted from my account. Till now the money is not credited back to the account. Please do the necessary and return back the money as soon as possible as i am in need of money. My account no. Is given below for reference.
